Attorney at Law
Akinori Miyajima is an attorney who handles a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to intellectual property, and serves as trusted counsel to many corporate clients. Known for his sound judgment and practical approach, he has earned the confidence of clients and colleagues alike, and is also dedicated to mentoring junior attorneys.
Akinori began his professional career as a Policy Secretary to a Member of the National Diet before entering the legal profession. After registering as an attorney, he gained experience at a law firm and later joined Creo Law & IP, where he continues to support clients across diverse legal fields. His practice covers labor and employment issues, education-related legal matters, and intellectual property, among other areas.
He is involved in several professional committees, including the Intellectual Property Lawyers Network Japan. Since 2023, he has also served on the Ethics Committee for Research Involving Human Subjects at Showa Medical University.
He was recognized in the WTR 1000 in 2026 as Bronze – Individuals: Enforcement and Litigation, The World’s Leading Trademark Professionals.
Outside the office, he is an avid camper who especially enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
