Ryoga Nishiyama is a promising new attorney who joined Creo Law & IP after completing his graduate studies at the Graduate Schools for Law and Politics, the University of Tokyo. Since being admitted to the bar, he has been rapidly building his experience across a wide range of legal matters and is steadily expanding his capabilities within the firm.

In addition to intellectual property, Ryoga advises clients on a broad spectrum of corporate legal issues, serving businesses from startups to publicly listed companies. He is committed to providing careful and reliable legal support, from day-to-day contract management and risk mitigation to litigation and dispute resolution when conflicts arise.

Ryoga is an active member of the Tokyo Bar Association, where he serves on the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Legal Support Center, focusing on modern business challenges such as startup support, intellectual property, labor management, and SDGs-related matters. He is also a member of the Japan Trademark Association and the Intellectual Property Lawyers Network Japan, contributing to the Japan Trademark Association’s “Case Law Review Letter” and engaging in writing activities within the IP Lawyers Network to further enhance his expertise.

Outside the office, he enjoys swimming, tennis, and diving, and has recently begun exploring musical performance, which he finds both enriching and creatively stimulating.
