AI Study Session with Mr. Hitoshi Takenami, Representative Attorney of GAMBA Law Firm

On December 23, 2025, we held an AI study session welcoming Mr. Hitoshi Takenami, Representative Attorney of GAMBA Law Firm.

During the session, we had the opportunity to hear from Attorney Takenami about his extensive experience in legal practice, particularly with respect to practical examples and key considerations for utilizing AI in professional work. In addition to discussing applications in legal practice, we also exchanged views on the potential expansion of AI utilization to intellectual property fields, including patents and trademarks.

In particular, meaningful discussions were held on how AI can be introduced into practice and appropriately implemented, from the perspectives of improving operational efficiency, enhancing research and examination processes, and supporting document preparation.

Based on the insights gained through this study session, we will continue to examine the practical use of AI in both legal and patent and trademark practices, with the aim of providing higher-quality professional services.
